Raising The Next Generation Of Barbers

By Mr. Banks

The craft is easy to teach. The character is the hard part. Anybody can learn a taper — few learn how to carry themselves like a professional every single day.

I tell every young barber that walks through my doors: your hands will make you money, but your character will keep you in the room. Show up on time. Keep your station clean. Respect the client. Respect the craft.

That's the legacy I'm building. Not just cuts — culture.
